Job description

The Senior Content Designer is a key member of our team, responsible for developing and optimizing content that drives user engagement and conversion across various digital platforms. This role combines deep expertise in content creation with a strong understanding of performance marketing strategies, particularly A/B testing, to enhance user experiences and optimize marketing campaigns.

The Senior Content Designer works collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including designers, developers, and marketing professionals—to produce user-centered, compelling content that aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable results. The Senior Content Designer is expected to play a central role in shaping content strategies that impact the overall success of marketing campaigns, contributing both strategic insight and hands-on content expertise.

Requirements

5 years of experience in content design, marketing copywriting, or a related field, with a focus on usercentered content creation.
Expertise in adapting writing style to different brand voices and target audiences.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a mastery of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate concepts and rationale behind content decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Open-mindedness and a willingness to receive and incorporate feedback into work.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic understanding of design principles and how they relate to content creation.
Experience with localization processes and working with international teams.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
A positive attitude, with an emphasis on maintaining a fun, collaborative team environment.
