Job description

Prepare, monitor, and implement effective test strategies and plans.
Lead and coordinate functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and acceptance tests.
Oversee the creation, monitoring, and control of test methods to ensure compliance with project standards.
Manage the selection and use of test tools, driving automation and efficiency within the team.
Communicate test results and insights to project managers, stakeholders, and business owners.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for comprehensive IS testing outcomes.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in executing and designing test cases.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate testing efforts.
Proficient with test management tools such as HP Quality Center and JIRA.
Strong grasp of Agile development practices (SCRUM, LEAN, KANBAN).
ISTQB certification required.
High School diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the banking or similar industry.
Knowledge of SQL and Cloud technologies.
Understanding of ITIL principles is a plus.
