    Programming the app, most of the day. You get descriptions of requirements in JIRA and confluence. Tests are an integral part of developer delivery.

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst (User Acquisition ) to join the Online Advertising team in Prague. The ideal candidate for this position will be motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about website and online data and will help to manage global campaigns.

ABOUT POSITION

  • You will closely cooperate with go to market team, product owners and data analysts.
  • You will actively work with insights from website analytics and user testing outcomes and formulate recommendations.
  • For the pilot and global launch of the new product we look for data analyst with the main focus on website and campaign analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate to cover E2E user journeys from multi device data perspective (from ad serving systems to internal user behaviour data) for all sources of traffic – to keep the knowhow of the logic and strategy of go to market analytics
  • Implement GTM, setup or check Google analytics before any release and before and during the campaigns or experiments
  • Implement, setup or check other website analytics tools like Google optimize, Hotjar etc.
  • Do the first line GTM data dashboards/reports
  • Generate dashboards and performance reports (via tools and on an ad hoc basis) and regularly share performance metrics to the greater team and main stakeholders

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2-3 years of the website analytics experience, advanced knowledge of GTM, GA, Firebase including implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and methodologies from data management perspective, understanding of web development and campaign management
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on a variety of advertising and departmental projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of global ad platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, DoubleClick, Yahoo)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools is a plus (e.g. Google Optimize, Adobe Target, VWO)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.) and at least basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with the team and management
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to share knowledge and work on a team

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Be responsible for managing digital sales campaign deliver Browser, and various internal partnerships
  • Own the commercial performance of these channels, providing forecasts, strategy and constant momentum
  • Work closely with our Data Analysts, eCommerce specialists, Web Designers and Developers, and the Product Team to optimize these channels
  • Help to produce content for the in-product messaging system, to compliment regular and seasonal sales activities Use large sets of rich, complex data to identify opportunities to improve various channels, and validate ideas for new initiatives
  • Assist the Head of Monetization in maintaining and optimizing our eCommerce platforms, which includes improving pricing strategy, optimizing checkouts, and ensuring consistency in pricing, discounting and special offers across all products, channels and currencies.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Broad experience in managing digital Sales/eCommerce projects and campaigns
  • An understanding of how to put together and launch an integrated sales campaign, and direct experience of being deeply involved in the production of all assets
  • Some experience working with large datasets using Excel data models, Microsoft Power BI or (useful, but not essential) SQL Server or MySQL
  • Experience in managing enterprise-level SaaS eCommerce platforms, like Digital River, 2Checkout, Avangate, Cleverbridge or similar
  • Experience helping to bring new software products to market, or working on product launches either in a Marketing team, as a Product Manager, or similar
  • Self-motivator with a strong drive for success. A passive approach will not work
