Are you ready to lead and inspire an agile development team? We’re looking for a skilled Scrum Master to guide our 12-member team to success. With an opportunity to work in our vibrant Prague office, you’ll be at the forefront of driving team productivity and innovation.

Náplň práce

Lead standups, sprint meetings, and SAFe reporting to keep the team on track.
Assist team leaders with organizational tasks and support them in achieving team goals.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with Croatian management.

Požadujeme

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Fluent English skills for engaging in conversational English (25-50% of the time).
Self-motivated and proactive in driving team success.
Ability to work at least 3 days per week in our Prague office.
