Introduction

We’re currently looking for an experienced email marketing specialist who will join the campaign delivery team. You will help us produce world-class online sales and marketing campaigns.
Responsible for the setup and sending of email campaigns from Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manage  and coordinate all e-mail sales/marketing delivery activities for Avast, AVG and HMA! brands Cooperate with developers, data analysts and marketing/sales team Monitor and improve company’s digital experience reputation in the emailing area.

Job description

  1. Core Platform Knowledge
    Basic working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), particularly:
    Email Studio (setting up and sending campaigns)
    Content Builder (using pre-built templates, simple edits)
    Familiarity with audience segmentation (using data filters, data extensions).
  2. Email Development Basics
    Comfortable editing email templates in HTML/CSS (minor updates, not full builds).
    Understanding of personalization basics (e.g., using dynamic content blocks).
    Awareness of responsive design principles.
  3. Campaign Execution Support
    Ability to set up test sends, run QA checklists, and prepare campaigns for approval.
    Follow standard sendout processes (audience selection, exclusions, scheduling).
    Comfortable with proofing tools and review workflows.
  4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
    Attention to detail in link checks, rendering tests, and subject line validations.
    Awareness of unsubscribe handling and basic compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR opt-out rules).
    Ensure emails align with company brand guidelines.
  5. Collaboration & Soft Skills
    Good communicator — asks questions, shares status updates, and escalates issues appropriately.
    Works closely with senior specialists and managers to execute campaigns.
    Eagerness to learn and grow within the platform.

Requirements

  • 6–12 months of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or campaign operations (not necessarily all in SFMC).
  • Some exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred, but strong training support can help fill gaps.
  • Prior internships or junior roles in marketing automation, CRM, or campaign support are a plus.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Exposure to AMPScript or other personalization languages.
  • Familiarity with Journey Builder or Automation Studio (basic awareness only).
  • Basic SQL knowledge (not required, but a growth area).
