You will join a long-term infrastructure support and consulting project delivered for a leading global technology and IT services company supporting enterprise customers in sectors such as finance, manufacturing, and public services. The focus is on maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting Active Directory environments and Identity & Access solutions.
This is a hybrid role combining the responsibilities of a Customer Engineer and a CSS Support Engineer. You will work both proactively (best practices, assessments, optimizations) and reactively (incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance issues).
